Item arrived more than a month later and customer service was not ideal. Customer service was apologetic at first, but after expressing my concerns that the item wouldn't arrive by Christmas, I was not given much of an informed update. It was not an entirely time-sensitive gift, but I am upset at the lack of communication and misleading tracking numbers. My first tracking # was through USPS, but when pressed on the situation as it hadn't left it's "awaiting carrier pickup" stage for 3 weeks, I was given a CJPacket tracking #. Had I known it was coming from China and would take a month to arrive, I would have thought a bit critically of it. Regardless, I was told to "take a break and do something relaxing". Not anticipating about purchasing from this site again. It's a very late Christmas gift, but I hope my friend enjoys it.
